That’s what an Employee Resource Group, or ERG, is like.

ERGs are like the Avengers (Corporate Version) who band together to make your workplace a better, more inclusive place. You can share your experiences, support each other, and work together to create change. And who knows, maybe one day you’ll even get to wear a cape to work! (Okay, maybe not, but you get the idea.)
