Today, we shine the spotlight on Deborah Repella, a remarkable individual who has been an integral part of our team for over 20 years. Known fondly as Deb among her colleagues, she has showcased unparalleled commitment, adaptability, and resilience throughout her journey at 9Dot.
Deb’s story with 9Dot began in 2001 when she joined us through a temporary agency for an accounts payable position. What was initially meant to be a short-term role quickly transformed into a long-lasting partnership. Over the years, Deb’s role has evolved significantly, from accounts payable into payroll, and eventually Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Manager and, later, the Director of Payroll. Today Deb is the Senior Director of HR Operations and oversees the Risk Management and Compensation and Credentialing team.
Deb’s success at 9Dot is deeply rooted in her core values, which she integrates into both her professional and personal life. Mutual respect, trust, and flexibility form the foundation of her relationship with our company. Her positive relationships with our management team, coupled with her autonomy, have fueled her motivation to continually excel.
One thing that stands out about Deb’s journey is her ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment. Challenges and new responsibilities never deter her; instead, she welcomes them with open arms. She serves as a great reminder to stay determined and that with enough grit, we can achieve anything.
In the face of challenges and adversity, Deb maintains a positive attitude that inspires those around her. She understands that while things may occasionally get chaotic, these periods are temporary. Deb’s coworkers have become her support system, as they have weathered numerous changes together. Their camaraderie continues to foster a positive and encouraging work environment.
